Rehan Tourist Guide Service

Rehan Tourist Guide Service is run from Shanti Niketan in the E Group area of Vikhroli West. We are located in the Surya part of the Gopica LIC Colony, which is a fairly quiet spot near Ambedkar Chowk. Being a tourist guide means we aren't always in the office, but this is where we do all the planning and meeting. Vikhroli West has its own rhythm and we’ve been part of it for some time now. We help people see the parts of the city they might miss otherwise. It’s about knowing the narrow lanes and the history that isn't in the books. We don't have a fancy reception or anything like that. It’s just a place to sit down and figure out a schedule. Sometimes people call us because they are new to Mumbai and don't know where to start. We tell them about the best times to avoid the trains or where to find a good meal that doesn't cost too much. Living near the LIC colony means we have a lot of neighbors who know us, and word of mouth is usually how we get our work. It’s simple enough, just showing up on time and knowing the way around. The streets around Ambedkar Chowk can be a bit crowded, but once you get moving, it’s fine. We just enjoy walking and talking to new people from different places who want to see what our city is really like and not just the usual tourist spots.
