Regal Tours & Travels

Regal Tours & Travels is based in Goregaon East, specifically near the Aarey Check Naka. If you live around here, you know how busy that intersection gets. There is always a lot of traffic and people trying to get into the Aarey Colony area. Our office is a small spot right in the middle of all that activity. We have been here for several years now. It is a simple place with just the basic things we need to work. There are some old chairs for customers and a few desks piled with papers and schedules. It gets pretty loud during the day because of the buses and trucks passing by. Sometimes we have to close the door just to hear the person on the phone. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy reception desk. It’s a very down-to-earth kind of place. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to go. We know the local area very well. The walls are a bit faded and we haven't changed the layout in a long time. It works for us though. We don't see the need for a corporate look. We are just a local business helping our neighbors with their travel. We take things as they come. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it. It’s a busy life here near the check naka. We are usually here from early morning until late evening.
