Reed Infomediaindia Ltd is based out of Haridwar Apartment in Evershine Nagar. If you know Malad West, you know it can get pretty crowded, but our little corner in O-13 is where we handle all our media work. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. We have the usual desks and computers set up, and there’s always someone making a phone call or typing away. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though finding a parking spot for a scooter can be a real headache sometimes during the rush hour. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us all and we know the local shops. On most days, we’re just focusing on the data and information stuff we handle for the industry. It’s a lot of staring at screens and talking through projects. We usually order lunch from the small places nearby or bring dabbas from home to eat together. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, maybe a bit too quiet when the internet goes slow, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest name on the block, just trying to do our jobs right from this part of Mumbai. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so the AC is usually running full blast to keep us comfortable. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve grown quite fond of the neighborhood over the years.
