If you’re looking for us, we are in Flat No 27 on the second floor of the Air View building in Santacruz East. It’s right near the Shree Shopping Centre and across from Raheja Point. Santacruz is a busy part of the city, especially with people always heading towards the airport or the station. We’ve been in this flat for a good while, and it’s where all the travel planning happens. It’s not a ground-floor shop, so people usually come up the stairs specifically to see us. The office is usually full of maps, brochures, and various printouts from the day's bookings. It gets quite hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or staring at the computer screens. The view from the second floor isn't much, just the street and the buildings across, but it keeps us connected to the buzz outside. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. It’s just a small travel office where we try to help people figure out their trips. Sometimes the internet goes slow or the phones act up, and we just have to wait it out. It’s part of the job. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to go and trying to find a way to make it work. It is a lot of typing and talking.
