Rechtheim Builders Llp is based right here in Dadar West. Our office is actually inside Vidya Vihar Chsl, specifically Flat No 20 on the second floor. It's a convenient spot because we are right opposite the B.M.C Office on Harishchandra Yelve Road. Being in a residential building makes the workspace feel a bit more relaxed than a cold glass tower. We mostly handle building work and local development. It's a small team here. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or looking over site updates. Dadar is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a struggle sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough that we know all the shortcuts. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Word usually gets around about what we're working on. The office has piles of files and maps everywhere, which is just how we work best. Harishchandra Yelve Road gets quite busy, especially with the B.M.C office being right there, so there's always something happening outside. We've been through a lot of rainy seasons in this building. It’s a solid place to work from. We just keep our heads down and focus on the construction side of things. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we get the job done. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs and talk about the next steps for our current site. We're just regular people working in the construction business.
