You can find our office at Crystal Plaza, right on New Link Road in Andheri West. We are just across from Infinity Mall, which is a landmark almost everyone in Mumbai knows. We are in room A-201. It is a good spot to be because it is central for most of our projects. We call ourselves Rebuild because that is basically what we do, taking older structures and getting them back into decent shape. Mumbai has so many old buildings that need attention, so there is never really a shortage of work for us. The office is often empty because we are usually out at different sites checking on the progress of the masonry or the wiring. It is a lot of running around, talking to workers, and making sure the plumbing is being handled the right way. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team to promote ourselves. Most of our jobs come from word of mouth in the neighborhood. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the work is messy and takes longer than we expected, but that is just the nature of construction in this city. We try to be honest about what needs to be done. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai, just a reliable one that people can call. We have been in this office for a while now and we really like the area.
