Real Value

We are located up on the 3rd floor of the Bhandup Industrial Estate. If you know the Pannalal Compound on L.B.S. Marg, you know it gets pretty busy around here. Real Value has been in this spot for a while now. Most days it’s just about getting through the work and dealing with the usual Bhandup traffic outside. The building itself is an old industrial one, so it has that specific smell of metal and old concrete. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just an office where we spend most of our daylight hours. Sometimes the lift works and sometimes you just take the stairs to the third floor, which is good for the legs I guess. L.B.S. Marg is always loud, and you can hear the horns even from up here. We’ve got our routine down. We show up, have some tea, and get started. It’s not a flashy setup, but it’s where we do everything. People come and go through the compound all day long. It’s a lot of trucks and workers moving stuff. We just focus on what’s on our desks. It’s a practical place to be because everything we need is right in this industrial belt. Being in Bhandup West means we are right in the middle of all the action. It isn't perfect, but it is our workspace and we make it work every day without too much fuss or extra decoration.
