REAL BUILD (INDIA) LLP

Real Build (India) LLP is a small outfit located in Bhandup East. We work out of Gawai Niwas in Ambedkar Nagar, which is a pretty residential and lively part of the suburb. It’s not one of those big glass towers you see in the city; it’s just a regular building where we’ve set up shop to handle our construction business. We have been here for a bit, and the neighbors all know who we are. Being in Bhandup East means we deal with a lot of local stuff, and the commute is usually manageable if you know the shortcuts. Our office is simple, just some chairs, a few tables, and a lot of files piled up. We spend most of our time out on sites, but this is where we come back to finish the paperwork and talk about the next steps. It can get a bit crowded in the office when everyone is back at the same time, but we make it work somehow. There is a lot of activity in Ambedkar Nagar, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We don’t really have a big corporate structure or anything. It’s just a few of us working hard and trying to stay on top of our schedules. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult in this part of town, but we just deal with it like everyone else does. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just try to be honest and do our work.
