Our office is in the D Building of Anshul Kosmos, specifically Flat No 1204. We are located in the Pimpri Chinchwad area, which is part of the larger Pune region. RB SHARMA CONTRACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is the name of our company. Since we are on the 12th floor, we get a pretty good view of the surrounding buildings and the hills in the distance. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very casual and lived-in feel to it. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and use the kitchen for our breaks. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, but it gets the job done for what we do. Pimpri Chinchwad is a hub for a lot of work, so we are in a good spot. We spend a lot of our day coordinating with people on different sites. The team is small and we don't really bother with formal dress codes or anything like that. We just focus on the contracts and the work at hand. Sometimes the elevators in the building are busy, but once you get up to the 12th floor, it’s relatively quiet. We like being in a residential-style building because it feels less cold than a big office block. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. This M Corp area is where we have set up shop.
