Our place is at number 22 in Hirasadan, which is part of the Shantinagar Society in Borivali East. We do two things here: travel arrangements and real estate. It might seem like a weird mix, but it works for us. One desk might be handling a train ticket booking while the other is looking at a rental agreement for a shop nearby. The office is right in the middle of a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main roads. We’ve lived and worked around Borivali for a long time, so we know the people here. We aren't one of those big travel websites where you never talk to a person. You just come in, sit down, and we figure out your trip or your housing situation. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the internet cuts out, but we get the job done eventually. It’s a family-style environment, nothing too formal. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular day of work. Shantinagar is a nice community and we like being part of it. We keep our files in old cabinets and mostly use a diary to keep track of appointments. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it’s been working fine for us. We've been at this same spot for years, just helping neighbors with their travel and housing needs.
