Raunak Realty LLP is over in Mulund East, Mumbai. We are way up on the 26th floor of Manisha Garden, room 2601. It’s near the Mulund gymkhana on Navghar Road. Being on the 26th floor gives us a pretty good view of the area, which helps when you are in the realty business. The pin code is 400081. We spend our days dealing with properties and helping people navigate the Mumbai housing market. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand employees. We are a smaller group that knows Mulund and the surrounding areas quite well. The office is busy, especially in the afternoons. We have people coming in and out all the time asking about flats or shops. We don't use a lot of marketing talk. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are like. It is a tough market in Mumbai, so we just try to be honest about it. We’ve been at Manisha Garden for a while now. Navghar Road is a familiar place for us. We like the neighborhood and the people here. It’s a lot of hard work keeping track of everything, but we enjoy it. We are just regular people working in real estate, trying to keep things moving. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website, just this office and our phones. That’s our day-to-day life here.
