Rashmi Housing Pvt Ltd is located in C 501 at Crystal Plaza, right on Link Road in Andheri West. It’s a busy spot, especially being in Mahavir Nagar and right across from Infinity Mall. Most of the time, the traffic outside is pretty loud, but inside the office, we just focus on the files on our desks. Being in a big building like Crystal Plaza means there are always people coming and going. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders full of property papers. Usually, we spend our mornings checking emails and the afternoons meeting people who want to look at houses in the area. Since we are so close to the mall, it’s easy to tell people where to find us. We don't do much advertising. Most folks just walk in because they are already in the plaza for something else. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always running. We know the Andheri West area well because we spend all our time here. It’s just a regular office life, really. We handle the registrations and the talk with the developers and the buyers. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls. We just keep at it day after day, making sure the records are straight and the work gets finished eventually.
