Our place is right on Bombay Samachar Marg, Plot No. 93. If you know the area, we are basically opposite the Stock Exchange. It is a busy part of Fort, always a lot of noise and people moving around. We have been in this building for quite some time. It is an engineering setup, so you will see parts and paperwork everywhere when you walk in. It is not the kind of place that looks like a showroom. We focus on the technical side of things. Some of us have been here since the beginning, and we’ve seen the whole street change. The traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, but being centrally located helps with getting things shipped out. We mostly deal with mechanical parts and industrial requests. It is a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's just the sound of the fans. We don't spend much on decorating because we'd rather have the right tools. It is a bit cramped with all the files and components, but we know where everything is. People stop by because they know we’ve been here for years. It’s just an old-school engineering office in the heart of Mumbai. We keep our heads down and get the orders ready as they come in. There is always a lot to do but we like it that way.
