Goregaon West is where Rashi Tours & Travels is located. We don’t have a complicated story. We just set up shop here because it’s a central place for people living in the suburbs. The area is always moving. You can see people rushing to the station all day. Our office is a place where you can step in and talk about where you need to go. We handle the usual stuff like tours and travel arrangements. It’s not high-tech or anything. We have our computers and our notebooks, and that’s enough. Being in Goregaon West means we see a lot of different people. Some are looking for quick trips, others want something longer. We just listen and see what we can do. The walls are a bit plain, but we don't care much for decorating. We’d rather spend that time fixing schedules. The local tea seller comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only breaks. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have any branches or big goals to grow huge. We just want to keep the shop running and help the people who walk through the door. It’s a decent living and we know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We aren't fancy but we get the job done for everyone who stops by our Goregaon West spot.
