Rare Group of Cos is situated at 10 Aishwarya Tower on CST Road in Kalina, Santacruz East. It’s a central location, which is helpful, but the traffic around here can be a real headache some days, especially near the junction. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our various business interests. We’ve got a few rooms partitioned off, but it’s mostly an open area where the staff works. It’s not a high-tech lab or a designer studio; it’s just a place with desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that are usually overflowing. We’ve been here for several years now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. The windows don’t open, so we rely on the AC, which can be a bit temperamental when it gets really hot outside. We don’t really do big corporate presentations or anything formal like that. Most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea in the small corner we’ve set aside. The team is a mix of people who have been with us since the start and a few newer faces. We don’t have any fancy posters or motivational quotes on the walls. It’s just a working office where people do their jobs. Santacruz East is a busy part of the city, and being on CST Road means we are always near the action. We usually stay until late in the evening to finish up everything. It’s just how we operate.
