You can find Rao Township Services Llp over in Sion East. We are located in the Sai Siddhi Building, which is on the Sion Transitcamp Road. Our office is actually a loft space, number T67. It is right near Mala Garden, which is a nice landmark for people who are trying to find the building for the first time. Pratiksha Nagar is a crowded area, but it has a lot of energy. We have been here for a while, and the loft serves us well as a home base for our township work. Most of our day is taken up with the small, everyday problems that happen in large residential areas. Someone might have a leak, or there might be an issue with the common areas that needs fixing. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking between the building and the sites we look after. The loft itself is a bit cramped with all the tools and papers we keep there, but we manage. We are not a corporate office with a lot of hierarchy. It is just a group of us who know how to get things done. We know the people in the neighborhood and they know us. Sometimes we sit out by the garden for a break if the weather is decent. Our work is mostly about keeping things running smoothly for the folks who live in the townships, and we take that job seriously, even if it is just small repairs.
