Ranjana Travel

We started Ranjana Travel out of a small room in Building No 2 at New Mahim Ganesh Park. It is just a basic setup here on Sinhagad Road in the Manik Baug area. If you know the neighborhood, we are right near S L Raheja Hospital. Most days it is just us answering phones and trying to get people their tickets or cars on time. It gets pretty busy around here with the traffic and everything. We have been in this spot for a while now. Some people just walk in because they live in the apartments nearby. We handle a lot of local travel requests. It isn't a fancy office with big signs or anything like that. Just some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with travel means things change fast, so we are usually on the phone half the day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the printer acts up, but we get the job done. It is a local business and we know many of our regulars by name. People stop by to ask about bus timings or car rentals for family trips. We try to keep things simple. There’s no big corporate team, just a few of us working together to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. It's a bit cramped in Room 96, but it works for what we do. We have a small fan that rattles all day, but it helps with the heat. It's not perfect, but it's our little corner of the city.
