Rameshwar Tourist

Rameshwar Tourist is located at number 8 in Sarthak Tower in Chembur. It’s a busy part of the city, and the tower has a lot going on. Our office is a simple one. We have a few desks and some maps on the wall. We’ve been in Chembur for quite some time now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at schedules. It can get a bit loud in the office when everyone is talking at once. Sarthak Tower is a good spot for us because people know where it is. We don't have any flashy brochures or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where we sit and plan things out. Sometimes the traffic outside is really bad, but that’s Chembur for you. We have a small kettle for tea and coffee. People come in to ask about different routes or to book something. We keep all our records in old-fashioned folders mostly. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. The staff here are locals, so we know the best ways to get around. We don't use any big marketing tricks. We just stay here and do our work. It’s a straightforward business. We like being in Sarthak Tower because it feels central. We’re just regular people trying to run a small tourist office. It’s what we’ve done for a long time and we’re used to it.
