Ramdas Sobhraj

We have been at Plot No 46 for a long time now. Most people know us because we are right next to Avis Motors on Andheri Kurla Road. It is a really busy spot, especially with all the Kurla West traffic passing by every single day. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy and dusty outside, but that’s just how it is around here. We open up the iron shutters every morning and start our day. There is usually a lot going on at the plot, people coming in and out. It isn't a fancy office with big glass walls or a shiny lobby. It is just a practical, honest space where Ramdas Sobhraj operates. We spend a lot of time here making sure everything gets handled properly. The location is pretty convenient if you are coming from the main road. If you miss the Avis Motors turning, you have to go a long way around, which is a bit of a headache. We know the neighbors pretty well by now. It feels like a regular part of the local community. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us or they already know where Plot 46 is. It’s a solid building, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. We are usually here until late evening when the street finally gets a bit quieter and the lights come on. Sometimes we just sit outside and watch the cars go by during a short break. It is just us doing our thing day after day in Kurla.
