Rama Travels

We are Rama Travels and you can find our spot over at Thakur Compound in Malad East. We are located right in the Rani Sati Ma area, which is usually buzzing with people and traffic. If you look across the street, you will see Sai Krupa Hospital, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. The compound itself has a few different businesses going on, so there is always some activity near the entrance. Our office is a simple place where we sit down with people to figure out their travel plans or book their tickets. It’s not a polished corporate office, just a room with some chairs, desks, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned up. Some days are really quiet and we just sit here doing paperwork, while other times it gets crowded with everyone wanting to go somewhere at the same time. The noise from the street is something we have gotten used to over the years. We mostly deal with local folks from Malad who need help getting their trips sorted out without any fuss. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to writing out receipts. That is just how we do things here in the compound across from the hospital.
