Rajpurohit Travels is located at 186 in Andheri West, specifically inside the City Mall. This is a well-known spot near the Lotus Petrol Pump. We’ve been operating from this location for a good while now. Andheri West is always full of life and traffic, and being in the mall makes it easy for people to stop by while they are out. Our office isn't something out of a magazine. It is a simple, working office where we plan trips and handle bookings. We have a couple of desks, some maps, and a lot of phone calls to make throughout the day. Most of our time is spent talking to people about where they want to go. We don't use big slogans or promise things we can't do. We just try to get people from one place to another without a lot of trouble. Being near the petrol pump is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the area. We have a small team that has been together for years. We know the travel business well because we’ve been doing it for so long. It is a lot of logistics and timing. Sometimes things go wrong, like a bus being late, and we have to fix it. That is just part of the job. We don't have a corporate polish. We just talk to our customers like neighbors. It’s a honest way to earn a living, and we like being in this part of town.
