You can find our travel office at 9/D in the Kesar Building. We are located on the 5th Main Road in Kandivali West, which is quite close to the Charkop Market. It’s a lively area, especially in the evenings when everyone is out doing their daily shopping. Our office is a simple place where we help people plan their trips and book their tickets. We have some posters on the walls of different places, but they’ve been there a while and are starting to look a bit faded. There are three of us working here most days. We sit at our desks with our computers and notebooks, taking calls and talking to people who walk in off the street. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded if a whole family comes in at once to plan a summer vacation. We don't have a big fancy lobby or any air conditioning in the hallway. It’s just a workspace where we get things sorted. We know the local trains and bus routes by heart, and we’ve helped many neighbors get to where they need to go over the years. We’ve been in the Kesar Building for several years now. The stairs can be a bit steep when you’re carrying bags, but it keeps us moving. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees and headsets. We just do our work, chat with the locals, and make sure the bookings are correct. It’s a practical way to run a small business in this part of town.
