Rajesh Lakhani Architect is located over in Kalyan West, specifically in Wayle Nagar. We are based in T-2 of Mahaveer Nagari, which is a pretty well-known spot around Khadak Pada. Being out here in the Thane district means we deal with a lot of different types of building projects. The office isn’t anything too special, just a place where we keep our tools and our drafting boards. It’s a local business through and through. We know the roads and the neighborhoods around here like the back of our hands. Most of the time, you’ll find us huddled over a desk trying to figure out a tricky layout. We don’t use those big fancy words you hear in magazines. We just talk like regular people because that’s who our clients are. Some days we are out on-site getting dust on our shoes, and other days we are stuck inside dealing with the local authorities. It’s a mix of everything. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a break. We’ve been in this part of Kalyan for a long time, and we like the community here. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic sometimes, but it feels like home. If you have something you want to build or fix up, you can usually find Rajesh or one of us around the office during the day. We just try to keep things moving along without making a big deal out of it.
