Rajesh Atha Architect

My name is Rajesh Atha and I run my architecture office out of Bhavani Jyot Tower in Chanden Park. We have been here in Bhayandar East for quite some time now. It is a busy area near Jesal Park Road, and being in Thane, you see all sorts of buildings going up constantly. I try to help local people make sense of their spaces and budgets. It is just me and a small team working on drawings and site visits. Sometimes the traffic around here is a nightmare, but we manage to get to our appointments. We handle local projects, mostly residential stuff where people just want a decent, functional place to live. I do not always use fancy software for every little thing, as sometimes a pencil and paper still do the job best for a quick sketch. People often stop by the office to talk about their house plans or how to fix a leaky roof. We are not a big firm with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular office at number 117. I have seen this neighborhood change a lot over the years. We deal with the local authorities and the paperwork, which can be a real headache most days. If you are looking for someone who knows the Bhayandar streets and how things actually get built around here, that is basically what I do. I spend half my day on-site getting my shoes dusty.
