Raj Engineering

Our workshop is tucked away in Dahisar East, specifically at A 37/2 in Pawan Nagar along Shiv Vallabh Road. It is an industrial kind of place where things are usually a bit dusty and smell like cut metal. We do a lot of different engineering jobs here, mostly small parts and repairs that keep other machines running. The floor is often covered in iron shavings and there is always some noise from the tools going. It is not the quietest neighborhood, but it is where we get the work done. People from the nearby units come by when they need something welded or a specific piece of metal cut to size. We have been in this spot for a long time, so we know the local rhythm of the street. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait it out, which is just part of working in this area. We do not have a fancy office for meetings, just a small desk in the corner with a lot of papers and some old coffee mugs. Most of the time we are out on the floor actually fixing things. It is physical work and our hands are rarely clean by the end of the day. We do not try to make it look like anything other than a busy workshop. If you walk down Shiv Vallabh Road, you will probably hear us before you see the sign. (248 words)
