Raj Engineering

Raj Engineering is based at A1/16 Tilak Nagar on Salunke Vihar Road. We are quite close to the Neelkamal Apartment building, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. Our workshop is a practical space where we spend most of our daylight hours. It isn't a showroom. There are tools hanging on the walls and pieces of metal on the floor and a heavy scent of machine oil in the air. We started this business because we liked working with our hands and fixing things that others might just throw away. Most of our customers come from the Tilak Nagar area, but some travel from further away because they know we’ve been here for years. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy office. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We take on all sorts of small engineering jobs, from simple repairs to making custom parts. Every job is handled with the same basic approach: look at the problem, figure out a fix, and get it done. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what needs to happen in plain English. It’s a simple life, and the work keeps us grounded. We'll be back the next morning to do it all over again. It’s a routine that works for us.
