Rahul Paneer Hut

We’ve been here at Rahul Paneer Hut for a good while now. The shop is right in Tardeo, just next to the petrol pump. It's a small spot outside Bl, but people seem to find us okay. Mostly we just deal with paneer and related things throughout the day. The traffic around the pump gets busy, especially in the evenings, so it stays pretty lively outside our door. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy to look at. We open up early and stay until the stock is mostly gone. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but usually, there's someone coming in. Dealing with perishable stuff means we have to keep moving fast. My cousin helps out when it gets crowded. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just walk by after filling up their tanks and stop in. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but the petrol pump is still the main landmark for us. If you’re around Tardeo and see the station, we’re right there. It gets dusty with the cars, but we keep the inside tidy. There isn't much space to sit, it's more of a quick stop kind of place. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure everything is ready for the morning. That’s pretty much how things go every day here. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the counter and the back.
