RAGITA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Ragita Constructions Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We’re tucked away in Sewree, specifically on the 4th floor of Zafryn Chambers. The address is Plot 294-145 1401 on Koliwada Road. It’s an interesting part of Mumbai City, being close to the water and all the activity in Sewree. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have a few rooms where we handle all the planning and the paperwork for our building sites. Being in the 400015 area means we see a lot of the older parts of the city as well as the new stuff going up. We aren't really about the corporate polish. Most of us have boots that are usually a bit dusty from being out on the sites. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of moving materials around these narrow streets. It’s a challenge, but it’s what we do. Our office at Zafryn Chambers is usually full of people coming and going, from contractors to suppliers. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible, though in construction, there’s always a delay somewhere. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take on building work and try to do an honest job of it. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of patience with the way things go in the city.
