Radiant Associates

Radiant Associates is situated on the 4th floor, rooms 101/103. We are right in the Nagdevi area, which is famous for being a huge market for hardware and tools. Being on the 4th floor means we are away from the immediate chaos of the street, but you can still hear the buzz from down below. The building is one of those old Mumbai structures with narrow corridors and an elevator that works when it feels like it. Our office is pretty plain. We have some metal cupboards for our files and a few sturdy desks. We don't have any modern art or designer furniture. It’s a place for work, plain and simple. We spend our days handling the various association tasks and keeping up with the paperwork. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much in the summer, but we have a couple of fans that do the job. We’ve been at 101/103 for quite some time now. Nagdevi is a tough place to navigate if you aren't used to it, but it’s where we belong. We don't put on any airs or graces. It’s just an honest, functional office in a very busy part of the city. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We just keep things moving and stay focused on what needs to be done each day.
