R R Travels & Tours

You can find our office on Nehru Road in Vile Parle East. It is a very busy stretch of road, especially since we are so close to the airport and the railway station. R R Travels & Tours is right in the middle of all that constant movement. The office stays pretty noisy because of the traffic and people outside, but we have gotten used to it over the months. We spend our days mostly looking at computer screens and talking to different drivers. There is always someone coming in to ask about bus timings or how much it costs for a car rental. We keep a few stacks of brochures on the table, though they seem to get dusty pretty fast with the door open. It is a simple setup with a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait for their paperwork to be finished. We do not have a big corporate team, just a few of us handling everything from the keys to the cash box. Vile Parle is a fast-paced area, so we have to stay focused on the details. Sometimes a booking goes sideways and we have to spend an hour on the phone trying to fix it. We do not use any fancy slogans here. We just sit at Nehru Road and do the work that needs doing. The evening rush is usually our busiest time. It is a practical place for people who want to travel.
