We are located on the first floor of Batliboi House, which is room 101. You’ll find us at 59/61 Nagdevi Cross Lane. It is a very narrow street and always packed with people and carts moving goods around. We’ve been in this building for many years now. The space is filled with shelves and boxes because we deal with a lot of hardware and industrial items. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the stock we have to keep on hand. Most of our days are spent taking orders over the phone or talking to people who walk in. The building itself is quite old and has a lot of character, but the stairs are a bit steep. We have a small desk near the door where we handle the billing and the paperwork. It’s usually quite dusty because of all the metal items and the street outside. We don’t really bother with decorations or anything like that. We just focus on getting the right parts to the people who need them. It gets very loud in the afternoons with the shouting and the noise from the market. We’ve got a small group of staff who know the inventory inside out. Sometimes it takes a minute to find something specific in the back, but we always get there. It’s a traditional kind of business and we’ve stayed here because it’s where all the action is for our trade.
