We run our communication business from a small shop on Juhu Tera Road. It is a good spot because there are always people walking by on their way to different places. The shop is not very wide, so we have to be clever about how we use the space. We have shelves lining the walls and a long counter where we talk to everyone who comes in. Most of the time, people are looking for help with their phones or they need to get a new connection. It can get quite busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We have been on this road for a long while now, and we have seen many other shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing every day. The noise from the traffic on Tera Road is something you just get used to after a week. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when there are no customers. It is a simple setup, and we don't use any complicated technology to manage our shop. We just write everything down in a big ledger book at the end of the day. Sometimes we stand outside the door to get some fresh air and watch the people go by. It is a nice way to be part of the community in Juhu. We are just regular people doing a regular job, and we are happy with that.
