R G Tours & Travels is based inside the Sindhi Building over in Borivali West. We are situated quite close to the Swami Ayyapa Temple, which usually makes it very easy for people to locate where we are. We mostly spend our time dealing with booking trips and arranging cars for people who need to get around the city or go out of town. It involves a lot of phone work and constantly looking at different schedules. We don't have a massive fleet of vehicles or anything like that, just a few reliable connections we have built over time. The office itself is very simple, just some chairs for customers and a wooden counter. We have lived and worked in the Borivali area for a long time. People often come in to ask us about train tickets or car rentals for things like weddings and big family trips. It gets especially busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away. We try to keep track of every single booking on a large calendar we keep on the wall. It is not a high-tech operation by any means. We just talk to people face to face and try to figure out exactly what they need for their travel plans. Sometimes things get a bit confusing with last minute cancellations, but we do our best to sort it out. The temple nearby brings a lot of people past our door.
