Our company, R B Promoters N Developers LLP, is based in the Agripada area of Mumbai, specifically near Saat Rasta at Jacob Circle. We are located in the Unity Park Building, which is on Chandoorkar Marg. Our office is on the first floor at Plot 108/112. If you know Mumbai at all, you know how busy Jacob Circle can get. It’s a real central spot with a lot of history and a lot of traffic. We’ve been working out of this building for a while now, just handling the regular work that comes with being developers in such a packed city. It’s not always easy navigating the rules and the space constraints of Mumbai, but we do our best from our little corner on Floor 1. We aren't a big, polished corporation. We’re more of a local team that understands the neighborhood. Most days are spent dealing with blueprints, permits, and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, but that is just the nature of the business here in 400011. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because the work usually speaks for itself. We just want to keep things moving and get our projects finished. Being in Unity Park makes us easy to find if you’re coming from the Saat Rasta side. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the tasks at hand every single day.
