Our company, Qingdao Jinyilei Building and Installing Engineer Co. Limited, is located right across from the BEST office in Dadar TT. We are on the second floor of Shriram Bhuvan at number 772 on Tilak Road. It’s a very busy spot in Mumbai. You can hear the traffic and the buses all day long from our windows. We focus on the engineering and installation side of buildings. This means we deal with a lot of technical details that most people don't really think about until something goes wrong. We aren't a big, polished firm with a bunch of sales people. We are mostly engineers and technicians who spend our time looking at drawings and making sure the equipment is installed properly. The office is usually filled with manuals and tools. Tilak Road is a good place for us because it’s easy for our staff to get to from different parts of the city using the train. We’ve been at this Shriram Bhuvan address for a while now. We just handle the jobs we are given and try to make sure everything works like it is supposed to. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes we have to work odd hours to get an installation finished without bothering the other tenants in the building. We aren't here to be famous, just to do the engineering work that keeps buildings running right. It is a steady way to make a living.
