Our office is situated in Ghatkopar East, specifically at unit 503 in the Shri Sub building. We are right on M P Vaidya Marg, and the Syndicate Bank nearby is the best landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. It’s a busy part of Mumbai City, and there is always something going on downstairs on the street. Being on the fifth floor gives us a little bit of a break from the street noise, but not much. Pynarc Projects is a small team, and we spend our days managing various construction and project tasks. The office is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or a fan whirring in the corner. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. Usually, you’ll just see a couple of us sitting around a large table covered in site plans and half-empty tea cups. We’ve been in this Maharashtra neighborhood for a while, and we’ve seen Ghatkopar change quite a bit over the years. Our work is pretty straightforward, and we don't like to overcomplicate things with big words or corporate talk. We just show up, check our lists, and try to get everything done by the end of the day. It’s a local business run by local people who know how things work in this part of the city. We keep it simple, stay busy, and make sure that the files are all in order.
