Purple Cacao

Purple Cacao is tucked away in Azad Lane, specifically at 103 Mayfair Gardens in Andheri West. It's a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads nearby, which is something we actually like. The building is easy to find once you get into the lane. We spend most of our time working with chocolate, which means the whole place usually smells pretty good. It’s not a big factory or anything like that. It’s just a small setup where we can focus on what we’re making. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people doing PR. Most people who come to us are neighbors or friends of friends who told them about the place. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from melting the cacao to packing the boxes. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and making sure things don't burn or set too quickly. Andheri West is a busy place, but Azad Lane feels a bit more like a community. We see the same people walking their dogs or going for groceries every day. We don't really want to be a massive brand. We just like having this little space in Mayfair Gardens where we can do our own thing. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us busy and we get to meet interesting people from the area who like sweets.
