We started this small travel business a while back here in Mulund West. It is just a few of us working from the Gidc Makarpura area at number 26. Most days we are busy sorting out transport and making sure people get where they need to go for their holidays. It is not a big fancy office or anything like that. We just have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of phone calls to make. We know the roads around here pretty well. People come in to ask about bus tickets or planning a trip with their family. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks in. Sometimes it gets loud with the traffic outside, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We handle the paperwork and the bookings so travelers do not have to stress about it themselves. It is honest work. We have seen how much things have changed in the neighborhood over the years. My brother and I usually handle most of the inquiries that come through. If you walk past the building, you will see us there. We do not have a big sign or anything. It is just a place where we get things done. Mostly, we just want to make sure the cars show up on time and the hotels are actually expecting you. It keeps us busy from morning until late at night. We just keep things moving along day by day as best as we can.
