Purna Travels

Down at 45/13 in Chakala, you’ll find our little travel office. We spend most of our time looking at maps and checking schedules on the computer. It’s a busy spot because Chakala always has something going on, and people are always trying to get from one place to another. We handle a lot of the bookings and transport details that can be a headache for people to do on their own. The office has a few maps on the walls and plenty of calendars to keep track of dates. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We have a few drivers we work with, and we’re often checking in to see where the cars are. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just making sure people get their tickets and their rides show up on time. There is always a bit of tea being made in the corner for anyone who stops by to chat about their trip. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts around the city and which routes are likely to be blocked by traffic. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working together to keep the wheels turning. We don't use any fancy booking systems, just what works for us and gets the job done correctly. It’s about being reliable and helping people get where they need to go. We keep things moving.
