We are based in Chembur, specifically in Mahada Colony at Vashinaka. The office is 13A/319 on the third floor. It’s part of the Siddhivinayak Society. Mumbai is always moving fast, and being in a housing society makes it feel a bit more grounded. Property Solutions Pvt I Ltd is the name on the door. We handle a lot of different tasks related to property. Since we are on the third floor, we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice in this heat. The space is filled with files, computers, and a couple of old chairs for visitors. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just get the work done. Our neighbors in the building are mostly families, so we try to keep things professional and quiet. Getting here can be a bit of a climb if the lift is slow, but we don't mind. Most of our day is spent talking on the phone or writing up reports. It’s a steady job and we have a good rhythm. People in the colony know us by now. We’ve been here for quite some time and plan to stay. We have a small filing cabinet that is almost full, so we might need a new one soon. It’s just a regular office life for us here in Chembur.
