We keep things simple with a few desks and a lot of binders full of property details and legal documents. The team here is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to meeting with people who want to see a site. It is a very practical environment without any corporate branding or expensive furniture. We just need a place to work and this room in U P Nagar provides that. Being in Mumbai, we are always trying to keep up with the fast pace of the market, and this office serves as our home base for all of that. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking on property registrations. It is just a normal, everyday office where people work hard to get the job done.
