PRO-DEV CONSTRUCTION LLP

PRO-DEV CONSTRUCTION LLP is found over in Bldg B, Room No. 30, on the third floor of the U P Nagar complex. This is right on Dr. Ambedkar Road in Mumbai, so it is a very busy part of the city to be in. The building is an older style, and you have to head up to the third floor to find us. It is not a large or fancy office, just a single room where we handle all the construction business for the firm. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of files stacked up against the walls. Because we are in Mumbai, the street noise from Dr. Ambedkar Road is pretty much a constant background sound for us. Most of our day is spent calling up vendors or talking to the guys out on the construction sites. We don't have a lot of visitors, but when someone does come by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and we talk through whatever needs doing. The office feels lived-in and practical, which suits the kind of work we do. There are always site boots near the door and rolls of drawings on the tables. It is a simple place where the main goal is just to keep the projects moving and stay on top of the endless paperwork that comes with construction. We have been here for a bit, and it works well for what we need.
