We are over here at the Platinum Mall on the ground floor. It is right on Pantnagar Jawahar Road, not far from the BMC office. It's a busy spot but easy to find once you get inside the mall. Most people just walk in after finishing their work at the municipal office nearby. We handle things related to property and landmarks around this area. It's been a few years now since we set up this office. Some days it is very quiet and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We just sit here and deal with whatever comes through the door. The space isn't huge but it fits us. My desk is usually covered in papers. We know the neighborhood well because we see the same people walking past every morning. Sometimes the mall traffic makes it hard to get a coffee quickly. We just do our work and go home. People ask us about local spots all the time. Being near the BMC office means we get a lot of foot traffic. We try to keep things simple. No fancy stuff here. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of files to go through. If you are walking down Jawahar Road, you'll see the mall sign easily. We are right there on the ground floor. It's practical for everyone. The sun hits the windows in the afternoon and makes it a bit warm. We usually have the radio playing low in the background. It's a decent place to spend the day.
