Priya Holiday

We are situated in Dadar West. If you know the area, you know how hectic it gets around the station. Our place is a bit of a walk from there, but not too far. It’s just Priya Holiday. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know how to navigate the booking systems. Most of the time, the radio is playing softly in the background. We handle holidays for families mostly. They come in with a lot of questions about hotels and trains. We sit across from them and try to find something that works. There’s a big map of the country on the wall, but we mostly use our phones for directions these days. The office gets a lot of natural light in the afternoon which is nice. We have a few plants that someone remembers to water once a week. It’s a modest setup. No glass walls or fancy coffee machines. We just use a regular electric kettle. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some vouchers for a group leaving the next day. Dadar West is a place where everyone is always in a hurry, but we try to take our time to get the details right. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local postman and the guys at the stationery shop quite well. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and typing out emails all day long.
