Our agency, Prithvi Creative Advertising Agency, is located in Wing N, Flat 10 of the R.B.I Colany in Raheja Twonship. It’s in Malad East, which is a part of Mumbai that’s always moving. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s not a grand place with a view of the ocean, but it works for us. We have our computers set up where a dining table probably should be. Most of our day is spent looking at designs and trying to come up with ad ideas that make sense. The colony is quite nice and has some trees, which is a relief from the concrete outside. We don't have a big team of executives. It's just a few of us who like making things. We often have the windows open, and you can hear the birds or the sounds of the township while we work. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we end up just chatting about movies while we wait for things to load. We don’t follow a strict corporate dress code or anything like that. We just show up and get to work on the projects we have. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and old hard drives lying around, but it’s our space. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate don't even ask for our ID anymore. It’s a quiet way to run a business in such a loud city. We just keep at it.
