Prince Infraventures Llp is based in Sion East, Mumbai. Our office is at Kalpataru Point, which is on the 2nd floor, unit 21. We are right on Kamani Road. Sion is a very busy part of the city, and being near Kamani Road means we are right in the thick of things. Our postal code is 400022. The office itself is a decent size for our team. We focus on various infraventures, which mostly means a lot of planning and looking at project developments. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s important. We have been at Kalpataru Point for a while now. The building is well-known in the area, which helps when we have to meet people. We aren't a big corporate giant; we are more of a local group that knows the Mumbai streets and how things get built here. Every day brings something different, whether it's a new regulation to look at or a site visit to manage. We keep our space simple and functional. There is no marketing department here, just us doing the actual work. Sometimes the commute into Sion can be a bit of a headache with the Mumbai traffic, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on our current projects and try to stay organized. It’s a plain, hardworking environment where we try to do our best with the resources we have. We keep the paperwork moving and keep things as simple as possible.
