Primeghar Aashraya Buildcon Privatelimited operates out of Church Pakhadi R/D No-1. Our setup is right by the BD Buddha Temple and it is actually cared for by Mr. Yogesh Anand Shinde. It’s a very local kind of place and it feels more like a neighborhood office than anything else. Being in Room No-1 means we are easy to find if you are in the area. We do construction work which mostly involves a lot of coordination and staying on top of the different sites we have going. The area around the temple is usually quite peaceful although things can pick up during the day. We don't have any big flashy signs or a polished reception area because that’s just not how we do things. We prefer to focus on the actual building work and making sure everything is handled the right way. It’s a lot of hard work and we have a small team that has been together for a bit. We know the roads around here really well and we are used to the pace of life in this part of town. Usually we spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons are for paperwork and planning. It is a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work out okay for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there but we stay busy enough to keep everyone working hard throughout the week.
