We are located in Goregaon West, specifically in the Nahar Singh Compound on Ram Mandir Road. It’s Room Number 2. If you know the area, it’s quite industrial and busy. Mr. Bimal Roy is the one who started this after spending a lot of time working in restaurants. That experience is really the backbone of what we do here every day. It’s a small, simple space. We don’t have fancy decor or a reception desk. It’s just a room where we get things done. Being in a compound like this means there’s always noise from the nearby units, but we don't mind it. It feels like a place of work. We focus on the practical side of the food industry because that’s what we know. We aren't trying to be some big agency. We just share what we’ve learned over the years. People stop by sometimes to ask for advice or just to talk shop. Ram Mandir Road has changed a lot lately with the new station nearby, so it’s easier for people to find us now. We keep things very basic and honest. There’s no corporate fluff here. Just a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of first-hand knowledge about how restaurants actually function. It’s a bit cramped when we have visitors, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and help out where we can.
