You can find our office in the Shivkumar Apartment, specifically in units 301 and 302 of the C block. We are located in Abhvudaya Nagar, which is in the Naroda area. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a bit more like a home than a regular office. We have turned the rooms into workspaces where we keep our registers and booking forms. The balconies give us a nice view of the street below, and it’s a good spot to take a quick break and watch the people go by. We have a few computers and a printer that is usually running to get tickets ready. It’s a quiet building for the most part, except for when the school kids are coming home in the afternoon. We have some plastic chairs for visitors to sit on while we look up information for them. The kitchen area is mostly used for making coffee and storing our lunch boxes. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. People from Naroda usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our small board outside the apartment complex. It’s a relaxed way to work, and we don't feel the need for a big storefront on the main road. We just do our work honestly and handle the travel details for whoever comes through our door.
