Precison Engineering Co. is based out of Veena Indl. Estate 1. We’re just off the New Link Road in Andheri West, which is a very busy part of town to be in. If you know Andheri at all, you know how the traffic can get around this area. Our shop is one of many packed into the estate. It gets a bit dusty and loud sometimes because of the machines, but that’s just how engineering work goes. We’ve got a small crew of people who have been working with metal and machine parts for many years. We aren't some big shiny firm with a glass front and a fancy logo. We’re in a regular industrial unit where the floor is hard concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But it works perfectly for us. We spend our days measuring things and making sure the parts fit just right. It is very hands-on work. Most of us live nearby or take the local train into Andheri. The New Link Road has changed so much since we first started, with new tall buildings going up everywhere you look. But inside Veena Estate, things feel pretty much the same as they always have. We just keep our heads down and do the jobs that come in. It’s a solid way to make a living. There are no fancy meetings or long presentations here. Just the sound of tools and the smell of oil. That’s how Precison Engineering Co. operates.
